June 7th
– National Park Service Trail Ride/National Youth Trails Day
Who?
All Equine Enthusiasts
What?
A day where youth across the nation are educated about the importance
of
preserving our
nation’s equine accessible trails, maintenance and preservation.
Where?
Trail Day activities are planned in every state – Malabar Farms, Mansfield,
OH is just one of the trail rides being held in Ohio
Why?
From the cowboys to present day, our
nation’s equine trails are our heritage. We must preserve them for the
future generations. National Youth Equine Trails Day is an opportunity to
teach youth about the importance of improving our trails for equine use.
Let’s take a step toward the future!

It’s
finally starting to act a lot like summer – and with summer comes riding
activities and lots of fun things to do.
We’ve had visits from Brownie and Girl Scout troops and Kaleidoscope
groups, and have lots of summer activities being offered at Maple Crest Farms –
from the Cowboy Kid’s Camp (July 14-18th) – birthday parties – individual and
group riding lessons – and the start of trail riding season!!! Farm brochures
and postcard-sized advertisements of these offerings are available for you to
use, so please feel free to pick some up at the horse or in the office. There
will be Tuesday morning trail rides to Edison Woods (weather permitting). If
Tuesdays won’t work in your schedule, please call us and let us know when you
can go, and we’ll try to accommodate your needs.
Don’t forget to check our website (www.twhorses.com) for additional information on upcoming dates and events.
As
always we appreciate you, our friends!
Terry and Joyce
