three…two…one…halt!   reverse!   Does this bring back memories of last year’s Maple Crest Drill Team?  Well, we’re ready to make our appearance for the 9^th year at Genius Day on May 1, 2010. Be ready to put on the woolies and come out to Maple Crest Farms for our first walk-through on Sunday, March 7^th in the “upper room”. No horses first time. If you have any ideas for new drill team maneuvers, contact Joyce with your ideas. She’s coming up with an exciting new routine for 2010!

Westview Veterinary Cllinic will be coming for annual vaccinations on Saturday, March 6^th from 12 noon to 1 p.m.  We need everyone to help.

Blazing Saddles 4H club’s next meeting is February 28, 2010 is at 2 p.m. at Maple Crest Farms. There is also a Clover Bud club staring for those children from 5 to 8 years of age.  Please contact Margaret Barbour for details.

Congratulations are in order for grandparents Charlie & Karen Roach. Mike & Kelly (daughter) Prenn are proud parents of a beautiful baby girl, Macy Grace, born on December 21^st at 7:08 p.m. She was a healthy 6 lb. 12 oz. and was 18.75 inches long. She joins brother, Charles Robert (Charlie), who just turned 2.
